Fulltech was incorporated to develop indigenous world class capability in the fields of engineering, procurement, construction and manufacturing for oil, gas, petrochemical, infrastructure projects, in order to participate in the economic and social growth of the region and thereby serve its clients, employees and shareholders

With the above objectives, we launched contracting activities in 2009 in the North oil fields of Iraq and today, with much pride, I am in a position to state, that after high level of working uninterruptedly and without any failure in performing our commitments, Fulltech has consolidated its position as a leading General Contractor in Iraq and the KRG.
